The City of Forney, Texas proposes to institute limited purpose annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory for the limited purpose of assessing and collecting sales and use taxes, to-wit:
Approximately 34.263 acres of land in Kaufman County, Texas, a part of the Martha Musick Survey, Abstract No. 312, Kaufman CAD Property ID No. 9714, located on the northwest comer of Interstate 20 and FM 741.
Public hearings will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Forney, Texas on the 20th day of August 2019 and on the 3rd day of September 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall located at 101 E. Main Street, Forney, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
