Consider approval of the minutes of the February 4, 2021, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

Discuss and consider approval of the Stillwater One Addition Preliminary Plat. The property is located south of U.S. Highway 80 and west of County Road 212.

2.

Discuss and consider approval of the Stillwater One Addition Final Plat. The property is located south of U.S. Highway 80 and west of County Road 212.

3.

Discuss and consider approval of the Stillwater Site Plan. The property is located south of U.S. Highway 80 and west of County Road 212.

4.

Discuss and consider approval of a preliminary plat for the Bellagio Addition, located southeast of Forney High School and south of F.M. 741, and east of F.M. 741 and Lakemont Drive.

5.

Discuss and consider approval of a preliminary plat for Windmill Farms Phase 6B.

6.

Discuss and consider approval of the HSW Addition Final Plat. The property is located east of S. Gateway Boulevard and south of Akron Way.

7.

Discuss and consider approval of a final plat for Fox Hollow Phase 2B, located west of F.M. 1641 and south of Monitor Boulevard.

Discuss and consider approval of a revised preliminary plat for Overland Grove.

9.

Discuss and consider approval of a site plan for Wildwood Blvd. This property is located north of the intersection the US Highway 80 Frontage Road and Trailhouse Lane.

Hold executive session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code

Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.076 and 551.087.  Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Meeting or at any time during the meeting that a need arises for the Commission to seek advice from the City Attorney’s Office as to the posted subject matter of this meeting.
