Now Accepting Police Officer Applications

The City of Forney will be testing for police officers at 9:00 am on each of the following dates:

  • Saturday, January 29th
  • Friday, February 25th (Certified Only Candidates)
  • Saturday, March 26th
  • Friday, April 29th
  • Saturday, May 28th
  • Friday, June 24th

Steps to apply

  2. Applicants will be emailed the Personal History Statement packet and Authorization to Release Information Form
  3. Applications will be reviewed, and if accepted, you will be notified by the Police Department

Completed Personal History Statements are due no later than the day of the test when you arrive for testing. However, the Forney Police Department prefers to receive your Personal History Statement at least one week ahead of testing. You may drop-off or mail the Personal History Statement and all required documents within the PHS to:
