Planned Development Ordinances
The purpose of a Planned Development (PD) is to encourage the unified design of residential, commercial, office, professional services, retail and institutional uses and facilities or combinations thereof in accordance with an approved comprehensive development plan. The PD may be a single-use district or a combination of any or all of the uses listed in the Zoning Ordinance. The district provides for greater flexibility in the design of buildings, yards, courts and circulation provided by other districts.
