1. How do I pay my utility bill?: Discover how to make a utility bill payment via the pay a utility bill webpage.

2. How do I disconnect my service?: Click here to complete the Disconnect Water/Sewer Service Request form.

3. How do I get my water reconnected after hours?: Call Utility Billing at 972-564-7304 and leave a message between 5pm - 8pm. A $50 after hours fee may apply.

The most common cause for a higher than normal bill is a leak. If you have checked for leaks and found none, please contact the Utility Billing Department and speak to a customer service representative at 972-564-7304.
