Esports Is Here

After months of planning, the inaugural Forney Esports League is now live. Those interested, may sign up through the Forney Parks and Recreation Portal on the Mission Control app which is available through Android and iOS. For more information, click here.

We Want Your Feedback

The City of Forney is slated to received 6.7 million in funding from the American Recovery Act. The City will receive these funds in two installments over the next two budget years and we will be asking for feedback from residents on how the city can best allocate these funds to the needs of Forney. Be on the lookout for a survey coming soon!

Join Us For a Blood Drive

Carter BloodCare will be hosting a mobile blood drive at the Forney Police Department on Tuesday, August 10th. Please consider donating as inventory levels are low.
Donors will receive a limited-edition 9/11 shirt. Reserve your time now.

Fall Sand Volleyball Registration is Open

Fall Sand Volleyball Registration is now OPEN!! The Fall season will be September 9th through October 28th. Games are on Thursday nights with rain make ups on Tuesday nights. For more info, please see our website.

Winter Dek Hockey Registration is Open

Winter Dek Hockey info is now available on our website.
Age groups: PENGUINS (5-7), BEAVERS (8-10), JUNIORS (11-13) birthdate cut off is September 1, 2021.
Practices begin first week of December. One practice per team per week.

Games begin in January and wrap up the end of February. 8 game guarantee. Games will be on Thursday evenings and Saturdays.

Registration is $75 and includes a team jersey and free pads/sticks while supplies last.
