Recreational esports leagues is one of the fastest-growing programs in the world. The City of Forney Parks and Recreation Department has partnered with Mission Control to offer a variety of online gaming leagues and tournaments for participants of all ages and ability levels. Games such as Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., Rocket League, Call of Duty and Fortnite, are just a few of the gaming options being added in the future.
Registration is taken, games are scheduled, standings are posted and there is a tournament at the conclusion of each season!
All games are played online. Players must have the necessary hardware (gaming console, controller, etc.) software (Mission Control app, video game, etc.) and online access (Xbox live, Playstation Plus, etc.) in order to play.
